Photo & Video Recording notice

ALiVE will be recording video and taking photographs of all events and services. By attending our events and services, you consent to ALiVE recording video and taking photographs of you and your family and grant ALiVE the right to use, display and distribute any video and photograph featuring you or your likeness in any and all media, including on the Internet. ALiVE will own all rights to the video and photographs, including copyright, and may edit the video and photographs as we see fit. Your presence in the events and services means you agree to release ALiVE from any and all claims for damages for defamation, infringement of the right of publicity, invasion of privacy, portrayal in a false light, or any other claim based on use of the video and photographs.
